Restart / reconnection procedure
When the border of the device icon is gray in the application | inthesk |, the inthesk and the phone are not connected, and most likely the Bluetooth connection needs to be reset. First of all, keep in mind that the device has to be close enough to make an efficient connection.
In most cases, only the first step of the reconnection procedure is necessary to re-establish the connection.
Step 1:
Close the application | inthesk |
Turn off Bluetooth
Wait 30 seconds
Turn on Bluetooth
Reopen the application | inthesk |
Please wait 10 seconds before checking, for both the phone and inthesk to re-establish the connection.
Your inthesk should now be connected.
Step 2:
If you have an inthesk Pro, press the button for about 3 seconds to turn off the device. When you turn it back on, inthesk should start connecting to the | inthesk | on your phone immediately. Please keep the app open so that inthesk can reconnect more easily.

Turn on Bluetooth
Reopen the application | inthesk |
Please wait 10 seconds before checking, for both the phone and inthesk to re-establish the connection.
Your inthesk should now be connected.
