If your app is not showing the correct location of your inthesk, we recommend that you upgrade to the current version of iOS which helps resolve the accuracy of the map used for | inthesk | location services.

Next, confirm whether you have location services enabled for both your phone and the | inthesk | app:

On your iPhone, go to your phone’s Settings > Privacy > Location Services. You will need to make sure that location services are specifically turned on for the | inthesk | app.

Android
If your app does not show the correct location of your inthesk |, confirm that you have location services turned on for both your phone and the | inthesk | app:

On your phone, go to your phone’s Settings > More > Location. Make sure that location services are turned on.
