Having trouble connecting to your I inthesk I? You’re in the right place!
Before troubleshooting, check if you have these options enabled:

• Bluetooth is turned on.
• Location settings are enabled correctly, see this article for how to do this.
• Your device’s software is up to date. This will ensure that your device has the latest Bluetooth support.
• You have the latest version of the ProtectedTools app.

Restart your inthesk:

Reset your I inthesk I by pressing and holding the button for 5 seconds, then press it again for 5 seconds to reset it.
