How do I measure the humidity of my iK device?
To obtain the humidity measurement from your iK Health device, please follow the steps below:
Access the device you want to calculate its humidity by clicking on it.
In the menu, click on “Humidity”.
Then click on “Measure Humidity”, so that your mobile phone can synchronise with your device and give you an accurate humidity level.
In case you want to set a warning for your device not to go below the minimum humidity or exceed a maximum humidity, you can set it within the “Alarms” screen.
These notifications can be received on a contact number or email that you provide to our application.
