How do I measure the temperature of my iK device?
To obtain the temperature measurement from your iK Health device, you must follow the steps below:
Access the device you want to calculate its temperature by clicking on it.
In the menu, click on “Temperature”.
Then click on “Measure Temperature”, so that your mobile phone can synchronise with your device and give you an accurate temperature level.
In case you want to set a warning so that your device does not go below the minimum temperature or exceed a maximum temperature, you can set it within the “Alarms” screen.
These notifications can be received on a contact number or email that you provide to our application.
