Sometimes the last known location is not updated. If this happens, please check:

You have the latest version of the | inthesk | app (can be found in the App Store or Play Store).
Check the battery status of inthesk (can be found in the app, you will see a low battery icon).

If everything seems to be ok please try the connection reset procedure.
