Connectivity

Having problems connecting to your I inthesk I? You’re in the right place!
Before troubleshooting, please check if these options are activated:

– Bluetooth is enabled.
– Your location settings are enabled correctly, see this article to find out how to do this.
– Your device’s software is up to date. This will ensure that your device has the latest Bluetooth support.
– You have the latest version of the | inthesk | application.

These updates usually contain fixes for stability issues and improvements that resolve most reported problems. If this hasn’t fixed your problem, read on for more tips.

Restart your inthesk:

Turn off your inthesk PRO by holding down the button for 5 seconds, then press it again for 5 seconds to turn it on. In case you have an inthesk PEOPLE, remove and insert the battery to restart it.
