I have a new phone, why can't I pair my inthesk?
inthesk is linked to a user (account), not a phone. This means that on your new phone you will need to use exactly the same login details or login method you used before. Once you have logged in, you will immediately see your inthesk.
If you get the error “There is no permission” it may be because you do not have Bluetooth activated or you have not accepted the minimum permissions to be able to use the application.
