My package has been shipped, but the tracking information is missing
If you have received an email notification that your package has been dispatched, but the tracking information for your order has not yet been updated, we suggest you wait a few hours before checking again.
Tracking information is updated by the delivery courier service and is updated at intervals, or when the package arrives at a certain destination. It is possible that the package has been picked up by the carrier, but is still on its way to the location where the tracking will be updated with new information.
If the tracking information is not updated within 12 hours of your order being dispatched, please contact us at support@inthesk.net, and we will check with the courier on our behalf.
