My order is stuck in customs, when will I receive it?
There are a number of reasons why the customs office might put your order on hold (from insufficient shipping information to a high volume of packages during the holiday season).
This process is completely out of our control and there is nothing we can do to speed up the process from our end or to provide you with an expected delivery date.
The customs process should take no longer than 2 days, but in rare exceptions, it can take up to a few weeks to release your order.
If your order is stuck in customs, we suggest that you contact your national customs office to see if they can expedite the process.
We understand that these delays are a nuisance and apologise for the inconvenience they cause.
