Return Policy - Ordering in USA

This return policy does not apply to international and EU orders.

If you are not satisfied with our product you can easily return all inthesk purchased for a full refund. Your order must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order and must be returned in good condition with original packaging, to ensure you can receive a refund via your original payment method.

inthesk can only refund orders placed directly through our website, www.inthesk.net. If you have purchased inthesk through another party (such as Amazon), please contact them for refund instructions.

Please note that partial returns cannot be refunded. Example: If you ordered 4 inthesk, you must return all 4 inthesk to receive a refund. If one of your inthesk does not work as it should, you may be eligible for a free replacement instead.

inthesk does not cover shipping costs for products returned for refund or replacement. Any orders returned with additional shipping costs will not be accepted and therefore no refund is possible.

If your inthesk is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@inthesk.net. If your product is still within the 2-year warranty period and has not been mistreated in any way, it can be replaced free of charge.

Once the 30-day return period has expired, inthesk cannot accept returns for a refund or replacement, unless the reason for the return is within our 2-year warranty policy.

How to initiate a return and refund
To initiate a return and refund, please contact us at support@inthesk.net.

Once our team confirms that your order is eligible for return, you will be issued an RMA number.

To receive a refund, please send your completed inthesk order in its original packaging, with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package, to the address provided to you by our support team.

For US orders, the package can be returned to our headquarters in Spain:

When we receive your order, we will check for damage and issue a refund to the original method of payment. The refund will only include the price of your order, but not the original shipping costs.

Please note that returning an order can take up to 2 weeks (depending on the shipping method you have chosen to return it).
